CHOCOLATE CAKE - PASSOVER, GLUTEN FREE



INGREDIENTS

6 eggs
2 tablespoons Solomons Potato Starch
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 cup of castor sugar
100g Solomons Almond Meal

 

DIRECTIONS

Beat 1/3 of sugar with egg yolks till creamy. Add 2 egg whites which have been beaten with rest of sugar. Add flour and cocoa, then almond meal. Bake in a grease prepared tin, in a slow oven for approximately 1 hour.
