MATZO SHORTBREAD



Ingredient

200g margarine
1 large egg
1 cup sugar
2 cups Solomon's Coarse Matzo Meal



Directions

Beat margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Add egg and continue beating till mixed. Stir meal. When mixture is evenly stirred, spread out in a lamington tin, and mark in biscuit sizes.

Bake in 350 degrees C approximately. Bake for ½-¾ hours, or until golden brown on top, when cooked leave a minute then loosen around edges and cut into marking. Allow to cool before turning out.
