2 cups Solomon's Continental Flour
2 tablespoons butter
⅔ cup sour cream
1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar
½ tablespoon Bi-Carb soda


Mix together flour, sugar, soda and salt. Make a well in the middle, pour in the egg, sour cream and melted butter and knead. Roll ½ cm thick and cut with cookie cutter, then place on a buttered cookie sheet. Brush with the beaten egg and pierce with a fork. Bake in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
